We conducted a survey reaching out to over 500 individuals responsible for technical hiring at their companies to identify the key challenges in specialized recruitment for 2024.
Results of this survey pointed out 4 key numbers:
74% of businesses face difficulties in arranging specialized technical interviews and conducting appropriate candidate assessments.
65% of businesses report having to delay at least one project due to a lack of the appropriate technical team.
34% of businesses lack a distinct recruitment process specifically for their technical hires.
